This achievement was accomplished using a City Elf Rogue (for what its worth). Other genders and races will likely follow a similiar path, however some dialog options may be different. Also, this guide is written with the particular character I used. It took me 2 hrs and 20 minutes (of which 1 hr and 10 minutes was that particular origin story) When this was essentially my last achievement and I couldn't find the most straightforward way - here it is, in my opinion. I tried to get it naturally through two play throughs and missed my chances each time.
